Prior to joining the MPQC Skills team in 2010, I worked in various managerial roles across locations in the UK and Ireland such as hospitality, finance and recruitment. My current duties include involvement in co - ordinating training and business development at MP Skills which includes MPQC membership, arranging and managing multicable training courses throughout the year which include S.H.E, Geotechnical and Contractor Safety Passport, Mobile Plant training and assessments VQ's and industry apprenticeships.I host webinar training courses on a regular basis which helps me interact directly with learners, supervisors, managers, steak holders and directors of a wide range of client organizations, including prestigious businesses and public sector organizations, both in the UK and Europe.I pride myself on building and maintaining excellent client relationships within the industry and outside, with a reputation for solving problems, and ultimately aiming to provide excellent service to deliver long-term profitable solutions based on mutual trust.Recent achievements.I am a Mental Health first aider, I found the training course very worth while and thought provoking and some of the other delegates brave and inspiring.I'm confident that l have gained enough knowledge to spot potential issues and signpost people in the right direction to seek help and support.My CPD is kept up to date by attending industry events and regular completing eLearning training.
