I provide support and deliver training to regional branch management and staff. Responsible for leading the implementation of new training within my region. I am responsible for supporting and communicating corporate initiatives, technology improvements and operational policy/procedure. I carry out the goals and objectives of my region by conducting training sessions in one-on-one, group and classroom environments on appropriate topics. On a daily basis I deliver training for revisions, upgrades or new technology to the branch offices in the region.•Track and maintain regional training records to ensure branch staff is in compliance with company training programs. Ensure training certifications are earned by participants as prescribed.•Instruct, coach and advise branch staff on staffing processes, improvements and procedures. Capitalize on Corporate initiatives to improve branch performance.•Advise regional management of on-going issues or areas of concern. Work closely with regional management regarding the development and design of training programs as needed that are unique to the region.•Assesses individual and branch progress through informal and formal audit processes. Work with branch personnel/management to resolve issue and improve performance.•Follows up regularly on training provided to ensure that information is being appropriately implemented.•Works closely with Operations Support Department which will provide participant/facilitator training materials, participant/trainer certifications and Train-the-Trainer programs.•Work with Operations Support to prioritize Change Requests/Trouble Reports for front office technology.•Additional tasks as needed and assigned.
