Serves as Site Manager in charge of program execution for the US AFSBn-KU, WatercraftEquipment Site at Kuwaiti Naval Base (WES-KNB), Kuwait. I direct the work of management staff on functions of planning, implementation, and administering equipment storage and maintenance policies at APS-4 KNB, Government Supervised, Contractor Operated Storage Site. This position requires me to have a close working relationship with the Kuwait Naval Force to ensure proper implementation of shore logistics support systems. I serve as ARCENT Senior Liaison Officer receiving support from service providers in mainland Kuwait.

Site Manager for Army Pre-positioned Stocks 4

(SME) for all Total Package Fielding (TPF) utilizing the LogisticsModernization Program (LMP), Logistics Management Information (LMI), and (Global Command Support System- GCSS) system functionality issues for these systems. My duties consist of working with major and secondary items to identify and fix systems problems relative to life cycle logistics asset management for the Program Executive Offices (PEOs), Project Management (PMs) Offices and other organizations supported by the Aviation and Missile Command Logistics Center (AMCOM, ALC).

Appointed by the Commander as the Property Accountable Officer for Army Preposition Stocks5, (APS), Army War Reserve Stocks for Plant 8050 and Plant 8101 in the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) for the 1st 401st Battalion and 4th 401st Battalion, Headquartered at Bagram and Kandahar, Afghanistan, and all of their associated Forward Operating Bases (FOB’s). Served as the Commanders oversight manager the Campaign on Property Accountability with the use of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and The Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS).

Served as Chief of the Requisition Management Branch in the Operations Management Support Division (OMSD) by providing overall management, acquisition, and integrated logistics support for 13 depot missions for base operations.

• Managed and procured Class V ammunition supply of all types such as, bombs, explosives, mines, fuses, detonators, rockets, propellants, and associated items along with other Modernized Demolition Initiator (MDI) items for the Joint Munitions Command (JMC), Army Sustainment Command (ASC), AMC (Army Material Command) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Assigned items included new configurations of complex ammunition components, propellants, or explosives transitioning from research and development to initial production.

Served as a Production Supervisor in the construction of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and aftermarket upgraded and retrofit transparencies as well as conductive coatings for transparencies from low observables and electrical heating to solar infrared, ultra violet, night vision and laser protection for Commercial, Regional, Military and General Aviation aircraft.
