 Lead FP&A as the business partner and business finance related activities to financially support the business. This position will be responsible for providing analytical and decision support to finance and commercial team. It need to provide analytical support for Greater China and focus on drivers of profitable business growth, including, but not limited to: sales forecast, margin analysis, pricing, gross profitability analysis, working capital forecast and other ad-hoc financial analysis. Understand the market position and corporate requirement, be responsible for long term business/strategy planning and operational review.  Review with top lines and margin growth/ risks fcst on monthly basis. Participate in the new business growth via pricing structure review, cost elements analysis and etc. Drive and lead new initiatives, bench mark analysis and cost analysis to improve operation performance, internal control of overheads expenditures and cost control of business and central functions.  Provide risk and opportunity analysis to business and finance senior management. Own and enhance the reporting in Greater China continuously in order to generate better business analysis information.

This position provides support to the Sales Division Managers and the Corporate Account/Field sales organization in the areas of financial planning, analysis, contract review and administration of the existing and new C/A business. The emphasis of the position is to understand customer programs and act as a financial and administrative consultant to the sales personnel in order to assist in growing and protecting the customer base, increasing profitability. This position is responsible for providing value-added financial analysis and decision-making support primarily for the sales division.

This position provides support to the Sales Division Managers and field sales team to monitor sales performance, establish and tracking the KPI, accelerate the debt collection, drive P&L through internal control (SG&A) and optimize business process.

This position is the sales supporting function with the responsibilities of service oriented and strength the foundation. It focus on the commercial excellence and create the better execution and delivering operation results , which includes the contract management , enhance and monitor internal procedure , coordinate with the Supply Chain to keep the operation efficiency .
