- Coordinate all aspects of communication and marketing since the Foundation’s inception, first as a volunteer, now as a paid consultant- Create, build, deploy and maintain a highly customized website supporting the organization’s mission, vision, messaging and events- Provide and support website hosting- Spearhead the Foundation’s participation with Google for Nonprofits, including managing our Google Ad Grant account with up to $10k/month ad-spend- Administer the Foundation’s email and document management in Google Workspace- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and posting schedules using collaborative tools- Campaign development and subscriber management in MailchimpSupport events, conferences and fundraisers with custom digital and printed assets- Navigate competing priorities involving patient initiatives, research projects, donor cultivation and operational goals- Provide periodic updates to the Board of Directors on website traffic, user behavior and social media performance- Brand management including standardization of logo application, fonts, colors and messaging
