●Coordinate and manage a team of 28 PreK evaluators comprised of school psychologists, school social workers, and speech/language pathologists who provide 2000+ developmental screenings and 1300+ PreK developmental evaluation services annually throughout Hillsborough County.●Demonstrated flexibility and pioneered new tools, technology uses, and practices to provide a continuity of services during closure and re-opening of school facilities. Through cross-departmental and interagency collaboration, consultation, and brainstorming, developed innovative processes and methods to continue developmental screenings and evaluative services during COVID-19 (i.e., remote work and re-opening procedures). These tools and processes were recognized at the state level and published for other counties to utilize.●Administrative FDLRS team member who regularly analyzes and synthesizes program trends to drive decision making and adjust services to best serve families. Data is transparent, direct, and regularly communicated to appropriate stakeholders.●Collect, monitor, and report local, state, and federal required data such as Florida Department of Education (FDOE) Indicator 12 and grant mandated reporting via Project Tracking System (PTS).●Integrated a new School Readiness team within our PreK evaluation team, while maintaining separate budgeting, contract obligations, reporting, and expectations outlined by our mutually agreed upon Early Intervention contract. Through a solution-focused approach, the newly integrated School Readiness team met all goals and contractual obligations in the 20-21 school year.●Coordinate and maintain community partner relationships with a variety of agencies who provide direct support to early childhood families, provide direct support to developmental screenings and/or evaluations, and provide funding to the PreK evaluation team.

● Licensed liaison between school-based personnel and contracted mental health providers to monitor and communicate effectiveness of mental health services as well as problem-solve obstacles as presented● Plan and coordinate Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) trainings for all Hillsborough County Public School employees related to FLDOE state mandate● District Behavior-Threat Assessment Team (DB-TAT) member who assists with the development of the district threat assessment procedures (i.e., threat assessment protocol, reporting methods, and safety measures related to threats)● Develop and manage a district-wide mental health database in order to provide comparative information to drive problem-solving at the district, area, and school level● Collaborate and facilitate problem-solving discussions with school-based leadership teams about threat assessment procedures and mental health services● Generate and disseminate information on appropriate access to mental health services● Plan, create, and implement appropriate professional development opportunities for stakeholders● Design and manage a variety of databases to easily invoice contracted employees, collect accurate training information, and project future data● Collaborate with varying levels of district personnel to drive appropriate decision-making for all students’ emotional wellness

● Collaborate with all stakeholders to create developmentally appropriate educational plans and interventions with an ultimate focus on improving student achievement and social/emotional development● Facilitate and lead Problem Solving Leadership Teams (PSLT), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support/Response to Intervention (MTSS/RtI), and Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) teams● Administer comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to assist with developmentally appropriate, individualized educational planning and thoroughly address/ answer referral questions for PreK-12 students● Actively create and initiate system level data collection tools and procedure in order to support all stakeholders and address areas of need● Collaborate with all allies to develop and implement effective interventions for academic and behavior difficulties● Perform threat and suicide risk assessments, develop action plans for follow-up, assist students with transition re- entering school following in-patient treatment, and provide community resources and school-based support to at- risk students and their families● Provide parent, district, and school-based staff professional development via varying platforms including books studies, coffee talks, presentations, and workshops on an array of topics such as social/emotional functioning, suicide prevention, and academic assessment and intervention● Serve as a member of Hillsborough County Crisis Team and respond to school sites experiencing bereavement, grief, and/or trauma. Services require rapport building in order to facilitate collaboration with on-site administrators and student services, effectively deliver staff and classroom presentations, conduct group and individual counseling, accurate data collection, and effective debriefing● Sub-committee member of large scale crisis response efforts● Provide Youth Mental Health First Aid trainings● Provide mentorship and practicum supervision for graduate students and new hires
