Accounting Manager
Current• Managing all accounting and finance functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end close, financial statements.• Monthly KPI reporting to inform leadership on project and client profitability as well as employee performance and utilization.• Analyzing company financial data to understand deviations from expected revenue or expense and to inform SOW creation.• Employee benefits management: healthcare, commuter benefits, 401(k) administration.• Employee on and off-boarding, and subcontractor contract management.• Coordinating with outside CPA to complete tax filings, audits, and company valuations.
