I have more than 10 years hospitality working experience in various hotel brands, ie. Hilton, IHG and FRHI. I have supported Hotel General Manager, Coprorate office VPs and Owner for budget planning, conference, staff meetings, client parties, CSR activities etc. My role is not only assist General Manager and Owner but also involve operations, like, solve guest complaints, greeting VIP guests, training new staff, check hotel P&P to match the government standard etc. I am an expatriate employee's HR, helping GM for recruiting Executive employees, draft contract, discuss benefits, accommodations etc. I would like to continues my career in hospitality biz in the future.
