I am a third-year architectural science student at Toronto Metropolitan University currently expanding my knowledge of civic-based design and leadership through my role as secretary for TMU AIAS Freedom by Design.Joining the design community of students outside of school has allowed me to further explore the impacts of social engagement on design to better improve the quality of spaces. I hope to take what I've learned over the past few years and apply it to future work!Aside from architecture, I'm an illustrator and painter and I have been surrounded by art my whole life. If I wasn't drawing, I was sculpting, playing the piano, trumpet, or dancing. More specifically, my inspiration for everything design-related stems from my love for portraiture and fantasy world-building. Placing people at the center of the place and extracting emotion from the smallest of details is exciting and motivates me to create healthier environments!
