Responsible for down-stacking truck deliveries, putting product on U-boats and taking it out on to the sales floor, and quickly and efficiently stocking the shelves. I remain on my feet for up to 8 hours at a time and regularly lift up to 50lbs.Other job duties include:- Rotating product- Facing shelves so product looks appealing and is easily accessible to the customer- Running back-stock- Assisting customers as needed- Maintaining a safe work environment

A branch off of Agora Downtown, this second location is inside a medical center operating as the hospital's coffee and gift shop. Primary clientele are hospital employees, patients, and visitors. My tasks include preparing beverages, selling merchandise, maintaining floral arrangements, keeping inventory, and stocking. I'm responsible for regularly opening and closing on my own.

Majority of my shifts at Agora are at this location. • I conduct product sales• Engage customers in conversation• Prepare beverages including liquor drinks• Memorized upwards of 100 different drinks and variations• Memorize regular customers' names and drink orders• Create latte art• Maintain a clean and organized work environment• Re-stock supplies• Count down cash register till at night• Divide cash tips among co-workers• Perform weekly maintenance to the shop. Including but not limited to; applying polyurethane to hardwood floors, deep cleaning the espresso machine and coffee grinders, changing out air filters, cleaning refrigerator coils, etc.
