☑ WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE At Montana Rail Link, I enjoyed serving as a subject matter expert for all MRL’s collective bargaining agreements. I have a proven track record of successfully resolving labor disputes and navigating the company through grievances, disciplines, and claims. Prior to being the Labor Relations Manager at Montana Rail Link, I was the co-owner of a successful law office. As a contract attorney for the State of Montana, I work with clients in difficult times. In my legal practice, I spent extensive time in the courtroom. Moving forward, I do not anticipate being in the courtroom as much, but that experience allowed me a tactical understanding of how to effectively draft legal documents that affect change and enhanced my negotiation skills to what they are today. ☑ MY TOP RESULTS I pride myself in saving Montana Rail Link tens of thousands of dollars per year through negotiating and reducing claims. I am fair, accurate, honest, and ethical. Due to those traits, I have been able to build relationships with both company management and union representation to ensure that the organization remains productive and moves forward.
