Directed a portfolio of projects related to high school success and postsecondary pathways in New Mexico including High School Turnaround, Advanced Placement, Early Warning Systems, Career and Technical Education, Early College High Schools, Internship and Apprenticeship programs, in addition to other state and federal initiatives. Managed coaching and staff development for a team of seven education administrators. Set annual team strategic goals, evaluated and monitored staff progress, through a continuous improvement process, and held staff accountable to reaching metrics. Oversaw data analysis and reporting for CCRB and presented biannual program results to the NM Secretary of Education

Designed, communicated, and updated program Theory of Change and Logic Models for all College Summit core programming and pilots. Developed comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans for all CS programs, which included training and supporting staff on continuous improvement principals and implementation. Managed external evaluation relationships. Analyzed performance metrics and performed quantitative and qualitative analysis of College Summit programming and pilots in order to improve programming, measure outcomes, and define impact. Communicated and presented evaluation and analysis findings to a variety of stakeholders: including College Summit Board of Directors, Executive Team, senior leadership, school leaders, and program staff.

Fostered relationships with 32 DCPS elementary school principals, in order to understand the unique staffing needs and culture of individual schools. Advised principals and school-based teams on the staffing process, with the goal of helping schools select and retain effective and professional staff. Managed the staffing process for 32 elementary schools ensuring that selected candidates were onboarded to DCPS in an efficient manner, with a customer-service focus. Monitored and analyzed staffing data and prepared reports for senior management.

Designed and implemented an adult business education program, which led to measurable improvements in market access for 133 local artisans in eight rural communities. Managed a team of volunteers, NGO workers, and Government employees and implemented the first ever youth-focused business conference dedicated to technology Startups in Chiclayo. Supervised a team to rewrite the strategic plan of the Chiclayo Chamber of Commerce in order to better serve small business clients. Developed, administered, and analyzed external client satisfaction surveys and internal employee work climate surveys for the Chiclayo Chamber of Commerce, which led to improvements in work climate. Improved the implementation of local Ministry of Production programs serving area small businesses, which led to increased program participation among women and youth.

Chaired the Student/Teacher Intervention Team, which included: managing a team of teachers and support staff, facilitating parent/teacher meetings, collecting student achievement data, and monitoring student progress. Identified school-wide gaps in social/emotional learning and created a comprehensive character development program for students in PreK-8th grade, which led to improvements in school-wide culture. Facilitated individual and group counseling sessions for students, aiding students in processing and overcoming academic, emotional, and social concerns.

Collected data and monitored the fidelity of assessment administration across research assistants helping to ensure the reliability of research data. Trained research assistants on research procedures and project responsibilities including proper administration of Spanish and English reading assessments. Administered individual and group English and Spanish assessments to elementary students, scored protocols, and prepared data for analysis. Conducted small-group reading interventions for elementary students in English.

Piloted a countrywide gender training for host country nationals and Peace Corps Volunteers. Organized workshops and taught principles of marketing and business to over 35 small businesses. Collaborated with the local high school to design and implement an organic community garden. Fostered creativity, self-esteem and an appreciation of the arts through the introduction of a music class in the local elementary school.
