Project Coordination- In February 2024, I was offered a promotion to run and manage tasks for a group of writers. I hand out assignments, manage reassignments, and work with writers to improve their quality, speed, and efficiency in our tasks. I work closely with leads to construct, train, and implement new tasks and guidelines. I also manage and keep track of attendance and time off requests. The writers I manage have flourished and I am respected and looked to by the leads within my project. Prompt Engineering- I have been analyzing, writing, and constructing prompts for generative AI training modules to learn and adapt to, ChatGPT and Google AI Studio. Prompt engineering and writing range through various topics and industries and are focused on creativity and applying to multiple use cases. I have trained and executed daily positive and negative customer prompt queries.
