AIMS is a registered society set up to support Principals and international school communities in Malaysia. Conducted school visits to validate that applicant schools met the AIMS membership criteria. Supported the organisation of teacher conferences and sat on the PE and Sports Committee.

Principal of this all-through international school, Year 1-Year 13. 1,000 on roll. National Curriculum of England, IGCSE, IBDP. Accredited by EDT with ISQM gold in 2017 and February 2021.

Alperton Community School in Brent is a Co-operative Academy. Under my tenure it moved from Ofsted satisfactory ( grade in 2003) to Ofsted Outstanding in 2011. Served one of the most diverse and deprived communities in London with a high percentage of pupil premium students, 365 refugees 30+ languages spoken. Students achieved highly academically and progressed to Russell Group universities.
