Manage squadron annual budget of $1.5M. Led squadron through three Operational Readiness Exercises in preparation for Operational Readiness Inspection. Analyzed operations, training and manning to determine operational readiness level and forecast potential vulnerable areas. Approved all recruiting and hiring, manpower movements and promotions.

Provided additional logistics support acting as focal point between contingency actions teams, Air Staff and ACC Logistics staff.Managed Maintenance and Transportation personnel Manday program for all ACC Individual Mobilization Augmentees. Forecast yearly budget and manday requirements.Coordinated Senior Leader Maintenance Training Course for all Group and Wing Commanders in ACC. Coordinated arrival of approximately 250 International Officers moving to Maxwell AFB for formal training and school. Managed over 300 local volunteers to act as hosts for international students and their families. Facilitated matching of local sponsor families to ensure students had housing, transportation, schools and support. Taught cultural classes to students and sponsors. Synchronized transition into formal training. Coordinated and managed all international banquets and events on behalf of the commander. Extensive protocol experience with high level civilian and government officials on a national and international platform.

Lead Future Planner for Afghanistan and Iraq force deployment and redeployment. Participated and briefed at Joint Planning transportation conferences, organizing flow of forces. Managed air and ground transportation of personnel and equipment through multiple countries including Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan. Briefed senior military and civilian leaders, to include Ambassador to Pakistan on Afghan force plus up, Dec 2009. Developed new analysis tool to optimize decision-making based on projected air and ground transportation shortfalls. Reduced need for Air Mobility Command footprint by 10%, based on increased use of the Theater Express program, contract air movements, and use of innovative intermodal transportation options within the theater of operations.
