A special project to promote company values and culture throughout all levels of the company, while maintaining constant engagement with current and potential employees.

Responsible for running all social media facets, putting out newsletters, updating, maintaining, and creating Hive content, and helping with anything that needs to be done.

-Create, curate, and manage all published content-Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts-Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages,Twitter profile, Blog, etc)-Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed-Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

UNC Wilmington's Second Annual "Dubthon" (Dance Marathon), where I work directly with another PR Chairman from Phi Sigma Epsilon, Delta Tau. We promote this event physically on campus and through social media, striving to attain high brand recognition, while promoting the event itself.

I was able to plan events, stay in constant contact with the chapter, as well as venues. I had to fill out multiple forms of paperwork, turn in paperwork three weeks in advance to events, gain liability releases, stay in contact with the Risk Management Chairman on safe rides to and from events, and keep in touch with our Collegiate Relations Coordinator.

I was there for Game-Day set up, while working on or off the field during homes games. I also worked in the office two to three times a week to help with email blasts, constant contact services, cold calling companies or family members, helped with fundraising ideas, as well as attending events outside of game days. I began to learn how to use applications, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
