The internationally operating enterprise, established in 1954, is a key player in the pulse generator component segment and, with the recent addition of innovative MEMS timing pulse generators, is a proven expert in the future market for lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs.In the UK we also have a franchised distribution side to the business that covers Electrolytic, Film, EDLC & Lithium Capacitors from Jianghai Capacitor Co. whom we have represented since 1998 in the UK as their sole UK/Irish sales office.We also represent NIC Components for their range of Passive products comprising of Elcaps, MLCC, Inductive and resistive ranges and high end performance related passives.My responsibilities within the company:- First point of contact for new customers. - Monitoring & supporting current customers. - Generating new leads and increasing number of customers. - Supporting external sales and customer R&D dept on new project designs. - Daily admin work via SAP and Microsoft Excel (orders, quotes, open order books)- Purchasing components and dealing with suppliers directly.- Handle customer QA queries (RoHS, REACH, EICC, ISO & Dodd Frank). - Organise and handle shipments from supplier to warehouse/ customer (UN/ IATA, DGR and ADR). - Translating basic ~ intermediate German documents to English for local UK office & supporting Headquarters with German/English translations.2010 ~ 2018 as Internal Sales2018 ~ 2021 as Internal Sales / Business Development2022 as Account Manager / Business Development
