Maggie has been involved in the real estate marketplace for over 30 years, where she has become a recognized leader in the industry. She began in 1989 in her family real estate business becoming both a successful realtor and an experienced manager of operations and marketing. In 2000, Maggie moved into the Title Insurance industry with Keystone Title, where she learned all aspects of the title business.After several years in the title business, Maggie returned to Real Estate sales/marketing from 2006 to 2009, where she also managed a Rocky Gorge Development office in Frederick, MD. During this time, she played a key role in sales, marketing and processing for the 200 unit condo conversion project, Willow Bend.Maggie reentered the title business as Manager of Vanguard Signature Settlement in 2009 where she took over full management, marketing and business operations along with the day-to-day processing and closing of files.In March of 2010, Maggie agreed to purchase Frederick Title, an established title company in Frederick, MD where she ran and grew the business as the sole owner and full-time general manager before selling in 2018 to pursue a full-time real estate career in the Florida Keys. She is now a full-time sales agent and property manager with Century 21, specializing in vacation rentals and residential sales.Maggie always has a strong presence in her local community and is very active in the local real estate board and other volunteer organizations. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Conch Republic Marine Army, a local grassroots non-profit group dedicated to cleaning the waters of the Keys.
