• Responsible for Relationship & Delivery management for customer portfolio – Hi-Tech, Enterprise and government industries; accountability of end-to-end Portfolio Management.• Responsible for customer relationship management, expanded accountability in the areas of risk, financials, pre-sales and support transition• Responsible for engagement delivery quality, financials, risk management and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing deals through completion• Proactive sales by enhancing existing portfolio with customer and establishing relationships with new customers including merging new trends in technology• The role included Contract Management, defining Scope of Works, all financial aspects, tracking the performance of the engagement and quality of the projects• Management of each project team including Project Managers, architects and consultants, and partners.• Liaison with Microsoft Account Manager and Technical Account Specialists to strategically plan and enhance the portfolio with new and existing customers• Liaison with partners, both in managing the partner's team during the projects and in planning and enhancing the portfolio with new and existing customers.

• Founding of the team, managing and implementing the Technology field in the company:• Technological consulting for the company’s departments in the information system and infrastructure field, such as Risk Management system, including writing or participating in tenders.• Managing and planning of annual work plans, including procedures, roadmap and budget; and implementation of the work plans• Initiating and implementing information systems: Document Management, BI, Customer Service Management, additional information systems and designated systems in the organization, such as Online Construction Project Management for inspectors and contractors in the field • Building and deploying the company’s Data Center, including planning, designing, supervising and managing the installation of the data center, including architecture, construction, electrical and mechanical aspects, security and supporting systems• Building and deploying the technological and infrastructure projects in the company’s new offices, including planning, supervising and managing: servers and storage, network and internet infrastructure, Firewall, Load Balancing, Microsoft Exchange, building meeting rooms (smart rooms, standard rooms, training rooms), Microsoft Lync telephony, company printing and fax services• Managing the Technology team, managing and overseeing projects and on-going relationship management with suppliers• Initiating and writing the Information Systems department’s company newsletter• Information Security Manager, including responsibility of Information Security processes, policies and procedures in the company, implementing, supporting and monitoring relevant systems such as Firewall, IronPort, etc.
