Lead on transfer to a new MIS system including responsibility for ensuring security of data during transfer. This was across a split site of our prep and senior sites often using remote applications to screen share to train staff on the other site without the need to cover anyone's teaching for travel time.Pupil tracking at all levels in school, assisting department heads and data champions.Analysing exam results and coordinating data returns to United Learning and regulatory bodies.Ensuring an excellent monitoring of pupils progress to allow for celebration of success for students of all abilities.

Successes in this area included development of a tracking process allowing progress to be monitored rather than just outcome. This led to targeted interventions not just for those on C/D borderlines but any pupils in any subject underachieving. It also allows for identification across the full curriculum of each individual allowing us to spot strengths, weaknesses and has also led to the identification of underlying SEN requirements.
