Direct operational and financial activities within the Career and Student Services Department. I am responsible for maintaining relationships with area employers to help maintain successful placement rates. Conduct workshops for students that consist of resume building and mock interviews. Serve as a key member in retention by helping them with any issues (i.e. Childcare, employment, transportation) that are preventing them from completing their education. Conduct career fairs two times a year on campus. Organize graduation ceremony two times a year. Conduct student orientations monthly.Selected Accomplishments:Organized ribbon cutting ceremony through the Northland Chamber of Commerce and had over 100 attendees.Student retention recognized company wide at a high 96% for 2008.Developed partnerships in the community with area employers for placing students upon graduation.Established new relationships with businesses in the Northland for future employment opportunities for our students.

Manage and assign all lead inquiries to achieve prompt contact, interviews and enrollments per company policy. Prepare and select all marketing and recruiting materials while staying within budget. Work closely with all departments to increase student enrollments and retention. Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determines appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility. Achieve enrollment and start rate goals, and conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Selected Accomplishments:Consistently met goals set by the corporate office that led to the doubling of the student population.Enrolled approximately 280 students to date generating approximately $3.65 million in net sales.Promoted to Director of Admissions April 2007Reestablished agency relations at Pinnacle Career Institute through conference participations and luncheon.

Actively recruited and assisted prospective students with enrollment procedures to meet goals set by administration. Assisted in student retention,orientation, and organizing all student activities. Selected Accomplishments:Enrolled approximately 85 students in 2005 generating around 1.5 million in net salesWas chosen as a "Rising Star" within the Vatterott system of 19 schools after 2 months with the company.

Worked closely with the Athletic Department to begin implementing new and original marketing concepts and fundraising opportunities.
