As the Account Executive I am the liaison between the client and the agency and I strive to create the best communication possible to ensure the success of the client’s marketing strategy. Account industry experience: casino, jewelry store, cannabis dispensary, swimming pool and landscape architect, home builder, alarm company and more. Some of my responsibilities include:- Meet and communicate with clients to discuss and identify their advertising and marketing needs and present campaign recommendations- Work along side the account, executive and creative teams to formulate and execute marketing strategies- Ensure that communication flows effectively internally and externally- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification- Prepare client meeting agendas, status updates and all supporting documents- Plan, manage and execute projects for the client’s marketing campaigns - Travel to work conferences and attend local networking events to prospect new accounts

Responsible for the Sales and Marketing of The Perry Hotel at Stock Island Marina Village.

Responsible for all Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations for the Casino & Hotel. Strategically plan advertising spend and create content for: direct mail, social media, billboards, print ads and radio. Create and implement monthly/daily promotions to drive traffic to the casino, and input data using Oasis Casino Management System. Supervise employees; directed the hiring, firing, training and performance evaluations. Maintain effective communication internally and externally while preserving brand integrity.

At the Pittsburgh office we have two major fundraising events that we plan. Our One Breath at a Time Gala in the fall and our Fight for Air Climb in March. For both of these events: sales, communications, marketing, promotions and event planning skills are needed.-Responsible for general office duties, database management and volunteer recruitment for the growing Pittsburgh Development Team. - Work closely with key members of the Board of Directors and the Committees to expand and develop strategies - Develop post event strategies for on-going development and engagement of relationship with key supporters - Strong attention to detail; organized and systematic approach to communicating event visions and tactics, delegating roles and responsibilities, managing event and project progress and executing events. - Make decisions independently combined with an ability to work as part of a team; ability to creatively problem solve and drive collaborative solicitation strategies that tap into donors' passions.

I am responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close, as well as ongoing account lifecycle management, within the Pittsburgh area. I develop and implement sales goals and strategies, as agreed upon with managers, with the objective of expanding our client base, and assuring fruitful, continued relationships with charitable organizations in the Pittsburgh area.
