CurrentCORPORATE PROFILE: A $10M Consulting and M&A company with a team of 40 employees and consultants. RESPONSIBILITY PROFILE: In this role, I report to the Managing Partner with a $2M OPEX and 36 direct reports. Additionally, I coordinate internal team resources and consultants to enable the firm's daily operations and enhance organizational efficiencies by analyzing OPEX and optimizing spending.ACHIEVED IN THIS ROLEOPERATIONAL OPTIMIZATION / EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT / GROWTH STRATEGY• The company sought to hire a new operations leader to sustain growth. I was recruited by the Managing Partner to structure/optimize processes. Leveraging previous experience, I evaluated capabilities/processes, recommended structures/expectations, audited expenses, standardized utilization forecasts, replaced inefficient consultants with versatile talent, and enhanced bonus structures. Despite initial change resistance, this ongoing transformation improved employee retention, optimized team utilization, increased overall company GP, and is projected to drive 300% growth within 3-5 years.
