Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

• Responsibilities included:
• Recruitment Strategy for 430 graduates worldwide, sourced from 52 countries to be based in three centers – Raleigh, Amsterdam and Tokyo. Budget USD63M
• Defining and leading team to deliver Program Curriculum / On Boarding – working with the Field to successfully integrate these new Account Managers and Systems Engineers into the Cisco Sales Force.

San Francisco Bay Area

• Responsibilities included
• Defining three year roadmap from 2006 - 2008 designed to improve sales productivity by a sustainable 10-15% year on year.
• Defining both the necessary future business capabilities and the business architecture required to provide support.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

• Revenue grown over 49%
• Top Country in terms growth and performance in European Markets.
• Country Leader for Cisco’s European Headquarters (900 employees on site).
• Directly responsible for Sales, Marketing and Systems engineering.
• Initiated and developed first ever government relations and high level liaison strategy. Established Trusted Advisor status with Prime Minister’s office and grew Public Sector business over 173%
• Established Cisco Advisory Board comprising of business leaders in diverse industries.

• Established and operated first ever permanent Cisco offices in Scotland and Ireland.

• Key in establishing government relations which are at present still yielding results for Cisco in Scotland and Ireland.
• Secured Cisco’s first Corporate Philanthropy money outside of the US to fund a Cisco Networking Academy in an economically deprived community (2000).
