Prior to joining Fintech start up Hi55 Ventures Ltd, I held senior leadership positions at home and abroad for NTT DATA, CGI, Hewlett Packard and Cisco.Hi is a Social Enterprise that enables businesses to boost their liquidity via an innovative payroll solution. Hi's partnership with Mastercard also gives employees free of charge access to their earned money improving individual employees cash flow and ability to budget.While at NTT DATA UK I led the Public Sector business in Scotland. The highlight was signing a £50m, 5 year deal with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). This agreement significantly expanded NTT DATA UK’s responsibilities to become the delivery partner for ACCA's strategic global digital transformation programme.Prior to that in my role as VP Public Sector, Scotland at CGI IT Ltd I grew the CGI team in Scotland and successfully closed in excess of £500m of new business increasing revenue from £30m to £84m in 2017. I am delighted to see that business continue to thrive and grow. I have also held senior leadership positions at home and abroad for HP, Cisco, 3Com and Cabletron. In 2008, after 7 years working in The Netherlands and the USA, I returned to Scotland and spent 18 months on secondment from Cisco to Skills Development Scotland where I subsequently served as a Non Exec Director from 2012 – 2014.
