Managing Director, Strategic Technology Programs (2010 – 2012)Direct report to the CIO, responsible for overall delivery of custom ERP application to reengineer the end-to-end business workflow for largest global division. Role required deep and broad understanding of complex systems and databases and how they relate to each other in order to develop future roadmap. Responsibilities included oversight of all aspects of global program delivery including: strategic plan, business case, business process reengineering, user experience, application development, security, infrastructure and organizational change management.
