From near start up stage through rapid growth periods to 50 plus employees, I worked closely with the Directors in developing many areas of the young business such as HR Management, Company Secretarial, Operations and Facilities Management. I was responsible for the introduction, development and management of the HR Department to facilitate expansion. This included the recruitment of fast growing professional teams (engineers, cad and support teams) and the subsequent management and training of administrative support and marketing teams.
