Leading up to five employees, I prided myself on helping my clients and employees reach their personal goals through education, coaching and selfless interactions. During my tenure as an agent, I profitably grew my book of business each year and was responsible for twenty percent of our company's auto insurance policy in force growth within my field office area. I qualified for our prestigous travel trip my first year and earned an invitation to a Financial Services Leaders Seminar in first quarter 2011. I was also asked to be a peer coach for over fifty other independent State Farm Agents in Ohio and Kentucky.
