January 2015-December 2015Support the Graduate Programs team through special projects with goal to enhance the student experience. Created an Orientation course in Blackboard for new MBA and Masters of Science in Finance students. Analyzed the MBA Curriculum and offered solutions for a streamlined curriculum road-map as well as cross-college collaboration of courses. Support the career services team with graduate recruitment services, including resume reviews. September 2007-August 2011Launced career services for MBA, JD-MBA, MAC (Masters of Accountancy), and MSF (Masters of Science in Finance) students for the Villanova School of Business. In this role, I was responsible for creating and rolling out the professional development strategy for the Graduate Programs Office, as well as planning networking events, career related workshops, and site visits to enhance the professional experiences of our students. I was also in charge of establishing the Office's professional development communications strategy (including content for brochures, handbooks, web site, e-newswire) as well as acted as the point person for all employer relations related to graduate students.I also worked on the development and execution of custom and open enrollment executive education programs for the Villanova School of Business. I liaised with all executive education stakeholders including high-level corporate partners, participants, and faculty. The primary duties of the role included relationship management as well as the development, coordination and planning of executive program delivery. As a Consultant, I also helped the Villanova School of Business with overflow tasks including business development, grant proposal writing, market research, writing and editing, and event planning.

Planned career events for undergraduate students in the Villanova School of Business. Managed and fostered employer relations that were related to the career events. Established a mandatory career program for all incoming freshman business students. Advised the student leaders of the business societies. Provided academic advising to all years on an as-needed basis.Negotiated the first job-share arrangement at the University in 2005.

Worked with Abintegro's North American clients with responsibility for shaping the Abintegro (higher education) Career Center platform to ensure it addressed the specific needs of US higher education institutions.With Abintegro's significant experience of working with Careers and Alumni Services within higher education institutions in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia, I supported Abintegro's continued international expansion plans into North America and extended the client support services we delivered to international clients.

Provided career advice content, consultancy and professional support services, including recruiting career expert contributors, editing existing content and project management support. Also provided content voice-over narration to Abintegro's Career Transition platform. Abintegro Ltd. provides a "fresh approach" to technology in career services. They deliver best in class white-label technology services and e-learning content to the Public and Private sector, HR Services Firms and University Career Services and Alumni Offices globally.

Oversaw all counseling and programming responsibilities while the Asst. Director was out on maternity leave. Counseled undergraduate and graduate students from all academic disciplines, as well as alumni on major and career-related issues, job-searching strategies, resume critiquing, and graduate school admittance. Responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects (finance, marketing, logistics, and operations) of the annual Career Fair with 104 employers and over 900 students in attendance. Led various career-related workshops and administered and analyzed the Strong Interest Inventory.

While my main responsibility was to work with employers and HR services firms to develop strategic Internet recruitment solutions, I also provided input and direction for the marketing of the brand and contributed to all aspects of the web site from initial assessment to development, testing and launch.
