Oversee all finance-related operations for the management company and Funds, including but not limited to bill payment, expense reporting and categorization, vendor onboarding, audit coordination, and compliance. Manage processes for executing investment deals - both through the fund and through sidecar vehicles in coordination with the General Partner and other team members leading a deal. This includes but is not limited to coordinating subscription documents, fund administration coordination, wires, LP operations, and document filing and compliance. Build and maintain the firm’s document management system, including development of an effective approach to such management, executing on that approach, re-organizing and populating all historical firm documents in that system, as well as holding other team members accountable for populating that system properly on a go-forward basis. Provide operational support for the fundraising process and subsequent LP management efforts. This includes compliance, subscription documents, record keeping, filings, research and screening of potential LPs, and other associated tasks. Manage all functions related to HR management, including coordination of candidate interviews, onboarding, regulatory compliance and filings, employee handbook updates, payroll, benefits, and other associated functions. Support coordination of marketing efforts, including but not limited to updating website, posting on social media, managing any firm social media accounts, and managing distribution efforts. Manage and implement all systems and technology at the firm, including but not limited to implementing and populating CRM systems, security, and physical equipment.
