Experienced in creating and delivering complex, multi-strand strategic communications campaigns, recognised with national awards, I have a strong track record across corporate reputation management, thought leadership, crisis and issues management, customer experience, and internal communications. I founded Prima as a full-service boutique communications consultancy to help clients build and protect corporate reputation and secure advantage in the market place. Our aim is to deliver value for money, measurable results and a real return on investment and typically we work with clients in long term relationships. Although a small consultancy, we have won and delivered work delivered on contracts up to £1m+ in value. We devise integrated campaigns that focus on achieving strategic outcomes, whether corporate, B2B or B2C, and draw on a broad tactical mix – such as media and influencer relations, social media, internal communications, on and offline literature and video, event development and management, social media marketing, research projects and CRM development. My specialisms have included the development of networking organisations for the public sector to reach business audiences; change management within large organisations and CSR/sustainability issues. I am a regular speaker on marketing-related topics and continue to take the lead in strategic direction of client accounts. I undertake regular leadership, management and sector-specific CPD and I am an active member of the CIPR and PRCA.
