While working within Efficio's Digital Delivery team, my role has involved:- Hands-on data analysis, manipulation and visualisation primarily using SQL and Tableau, in a variety of projects scaling from bespoke prototyping through set up and run of multi-year refreshable data processes- Procurement analytics across a broad range of clients (100+) and categories, both within the UK and globally across Europe, US and Middle East; liaised with stakeholders from C-suite through to technical… Show more While working within Efficio's Digital Delivery team, my role has involved:- Hands-on data analysis, manipulation and visualisation primarily using SQL and Tableau, in a variety of projects scaling from bespoke prototyping through set up and run of multi-year refreshable data processes- Procurement analytics across a broad range of clients (100+) and categories, both within the UK and globally across Europe, US and Middle East; liaised with stakeholders from C-suite through to technical data teams; from initial business development through to long-term account ownership and relationship management- Implementation of Efficio’s bespoke procurement software eFlow within both client and internal project teams, including requirement gathering, configuration, dashboard development, training & roll-out; modules include Spend Analytics, Initiative Management, Contract Management, e-Sourcing, Supplier Management- Ongoing mentorship and line management of both permanent and rotating team members (10-15 people), including upskilling, performance development and evaluation as well as day-to-day support both in person and remotely- Key part of leadership team setting department-wide strategies, designing and delivering training, actively participating in recruitment, managing resourcing, running and presenting team meetings, leading initiative to collect and monitor feedback on team morale- Product Owner of eFlow reporting dashboards and data assets as part of internal projects to automate day-to-day processes and improve team delivery metrics - Led projects to improve processes and reduce internal hand-offs during implementation; liaising between different business functions to collate a unique cross-functional perspective- Leader in quality assurance of Tableau dashboarding output and maintenance and administration of internal infrastructure (database administrator, Tableau Server administrator) Show less
