• Provision of sound commercial judgment in the development, negotiation, management and administration of Contracts including, but not limited to (Customer Charter Services Agreements, Ground Handling Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Property/Airport Facility Leases, Non-Disclosure Agreements)• Support the Commercial Team in the provision of guidance to the Business Unit stakeholders in allocated programs in the interpretation of Cobham’s Contracts Policy, Corporate Framework and contractual requirements (commercial matters including commercial strategy, insurance requirements, payment terms, financial securities, Intellectual Property, Indemnities, business ethics, Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreements).• Contribute to the preparation of the Commercial & Contracts internal Business Unit reports • Support internal Phase Reviews/Approval of assigned activities and ensure that all required approvals are obtained prior to executing a contract • Support the development and negotiation of contract terms and conditions, contract amendments and supplier agreements and identify/manage any subcontract flow down requirements.• Liaise between Cobham, its customers, sub-contractors and or suppliers relating to the various Agreements and Contracts in the Regional portfolio • Developing and maintaining Cobham stakeholder relationships across all Business Units • Ensure integrity of commercial in confidence, security classified and or export controlled information• Review Commercial Procedures and Policies and recommend new or revised approaches to facilitate performance improvement or meeting contractual obligations

The firm also practices wills & estates, conveyancing, property law, intellectual proprty and general litigation.As a solicitor I undertook work in intellectual property law, namely trade mark opposition proceedings, commercial law and complex litigation, wills and estates, trusts and conveyancing. I also appeared in the various courts and have assisted in complex litigation proceedings. I regularly advised purchasers in waiving their cooling off rights.
