What gives me the most satisfaction in my occupation is to work with a great variety of individuals, from various walks of life and with the most unique cultural backgrounds. There are just a few other as fulfilling moments, as to know that one has successfully solved an issue in close cooperation with my internationally based colleagues. I thrive most when faced with a seemingly unsolvable issue. Team based trouble shooting sessions, no matter if in Pakistan, China, Vietnam, Poland, Russia or Germany round up our problem solving strategy. The many years I have spend in international trading and various textile projects in many different countries have lead me to the strong believe that there aren’t any issues, which cannot be solved. With the correct strategy, positive attitude, due diligence, team spirit and hard work, any obstacle can be overcome and in most cases even turned into a valuable lesson!
