To succeed, iWrc focuses on people first, ensuring that our management system approach and priority outcomes include waste pickers’ improved health, safety and financial wellbeing. Our process is based on the principles of SA8000, incrementally improving conditions to achieve a targeted level of socially inclusive performance. Specifically, our goal is to touch at least 1 million cooperative members globally, 95% of whom are women, who recycle more than 150,000 MT of materials annually.

Managed a $46MM budget while delivering cost savings to the company bottom line.

Direct multi-faceted organizations within the Global Strategic Design Office, including package engineering and design project management. Provided detailed input into the broad strategic direction and the approach used in subordinate organizations to ensure achievement of organization-wide goals. Successfully merged R&D Package Engineering and Global Design New Products Package Engineering departments, creating numerous process efficiencies. Managed a $30M+ budget.

Met company goals for the end-to-end package engineering organization through development and execution of broad design strategy. Directed sophisticated packaging operations with components that are directly related and focused on similar functional objectives. Built industry relationships and partnered with related peer groups to drive packaging at the regional level.

Drove timely development of high quality, innovative packages worldwide based on customer requirements, manufacturability, and marketing objectives. Oversaw day-to-day management of package development staff and operations. Provided visionary leadership to create an environment of teamwork, growth, and technical expertise.

Spearheaded productivity initiatives that enabled continual cost reduction through optimization of the entire packaging process. Drove company-wide environmental initiatives through material reduction and use of post consumer recycled resin. Created cross-functional internal partnerships in conjunction with product development, design, marketing, and operational teams.

Developed cost-efficient packaging while maintaining technical accuracy and design aesthetics. Managed in-house model shop for all Divisions, including Fragrance, Skincare, Personal Care, and Color, utilizing Stratasys FDM in conjunction with SolidWorks. Leveraged knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including compression molding, injection molding, extrusion blow molding, various glass forming methods, metal forming, and vacuum forming.
