Residence Inn Extended Stay (72 rooms) , Comfort Suites (60 rooms) and Country Inn and Suites (62 rooms)) to maximize hotels profitability and increased return on investment. Responsible for soliciting transient, group and extended stay demand generators to capitalize on revenue opportunities. Proactively positioned and marketed all 3 hotels by effective revenue/yield management to achieve maximum profit .

Responsible for managing local transient accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and soliciting new business to ensure all revenue goals (i.e. room nights, ADR, REVPAR, etc.) are achieved or exceeded. Responsible for the yearly RFP process, involved in revenue management on a daily basis.

Responsible for selling promotional products and logo apparel to Fortune 500 companies; Involved daily in cold calling prospective customers, preparing product presentations, placing orders and following up on product delivery assuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship with key accounts; focusing on achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals, by negotiating corporate individual travel and SMERF groups; Involved daily in Revenue Management.

Responsible for selling to groups in pharmaceutical and medical market segments; Constantly involved in soliciting, negotiating and confirming new and repeat business through outside sales calls, telemarketing, direct mail, etc. in order to reach quarterly goals.
