As the Owner of Magick Lantern, I lead a team of talented artists and staff who provide visual effects, motion design, and animation services for a variety of projects, ranging from social media and web content to commercials, corporate videos, feature films, and episodic series. I leveraged my Emmy Award-winning skills and experience in audio production, music, sound design, and audio editing to deliver high-quality and engaging solutions for our clients and partners.Before buying Magick Lantern in 2013 from Bill Vanderkloot, I was the CEO of ListenUp Audio and Lantern Audio, two successful audio production companies that specialized in audiobooks, podcasts, and applications for publishers, museums, agencies, film and television companies. I was responsible for overseeing the business operations, strategy, and growth, as well as creating and cultivating award-winning narrators and audiobooks. I also helped develop and implement cost-effective and innovative processes for producing large and complex projects. With over 29 years of experience in the post production industry, I am passionate about producing content that captures the attention, imagination, and emotions of the audience.
