Sparkman is a comedy magic entertainer, which makes him a performing artist. However, he has more in common with corporate speakers and trainers than he does entertainers. A large percentage of his work involves using his skills in the corporate world to help your employees love their job, your prospects learn the values of your company's products, and make your clients happy they do business with you.

Maury designs, manufactures, sells and installs office furniture. This includes stand alone furniture, cubical designs and walls and partitions. Sparkman was involved in virtually all levels of this process. Main concerns were overseeing the inflow of raw materials to the manufacturing facility, insuring that the manufacturing facility was preparing the proper products for placement, and overseeing the products from finished state to the installation team. Sparkman also as a liaisan between the sales people and the end user to ensure customer satisfaction. He was the manager of all warehouse employees and coordinator of the manufacturing, warehouse, and installation teams.Engineering was also part of Sparkman's job description. He had input in the customers furniture floor plan, new product design, and packaging material design as well as manufacturing process design.
