I'm part of Data & AI Service Line leadership, where we are accountable for driving the differentiation of our services, drive profitable growth, build capabilities and curate knowledge. I'm also responsible for the Data & AI Community Brazil as a Head of Practice.I work directly with strategic customers (client-facing) on critical consultancy projects helping companies to unlock value and increase scalability of their operations using modern data approaches.I'm responsible for supporting the projects teams to navigate ambiguity, providing consulting about frameworks, methodologies, tools, technical and strategic recommendations to develop the best solutions to deliver value to our customers. I also work close to the sales team, shaping and presenting customized solutions using Data and AI to our clients and prospects in the LATAM area.I usually speak in tech conferences and podcasts talking about Data Point of View of Thoughtworks, especially about the Data Mesh Paradigm.

I joined in MRV to create an MIS (management information system) team that would take care of the business process and the KPIs of the SSC area (shared services center). In the last four years, she worked in an IT sector where she was responsible for the Data & Analytics and Cognitive Services area. The area was made up of 52 people, who the mission was subsidized business strategies and increase MRV's operational efficiency, implementing cognitive solutions, making use of analytics techniques and being a reliable source of information.Main Achievements:• Facilitation in the Agile Transformation of MRV, to adapt the Agile at Scale, to implement the first Tribes, Squads, and Chapters to take care of digital products.• Participation as a member of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law) implementation committee.• Implementation of the Governance process for Self Service BI. The process ranges from the release of access to the creation of datasets for the areas to consume the information.• Design of the chatbots support process, defining roles and responsibilities, workflow and content curation process, using the Scrum framework to promote biweekly increments to robots.• Redesign of the BI team, in technology squads, whose mission is to provide tools for data exploration and training of business users to perform analyzes, comparisons, distributions, and projections with minimal dependence on IT.• Structuring of RPA support, to provide business areas with solutions for the automation of standardized operational processes, increasing the scale of execution and reducing the workforce.• Implementation of Data Science projects for the SSC areas.• Development of innovative collection processes, with the automation of default recovery campaigns.

I joined Oi as a back-office analyst where she took care of the accounts of large clients such as Brazilian banks and industries. In her professional career at Oi, she has held other positions as a support analyst and deployment analyst. In the last years at the company, she was responsible for the Process and Projects team for B2B account management. I took care of the project portfolio and carried out the entire interface between the business and IT areas. Besides, it developed and implemented a drafting process for the mass checking of large accounts.
