I lead the Indigenous Women and Youth Programs at NACCA, where I've spearheaded transformative initiatives. Through strategic fundraising efforts, I secured $30 million for the national Indigenous Women Entrepreneurship (IWE) Program, facilitating over $6 million in micro-loans to Indigenous women-owned businesses nationwide. Additionally, I supported the establishment of the Indigenous Business Hub in Ottawa, now a thriving community hub serving over 270 members.I am deeply committed to Indigenous advocacy, regularly engaging in public speaking and supporting organizations in an advisory capacity, to amplify the importance of Indigenous economic development and reconciliation in Canada.I am from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory and a proud member of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte.
