Secure the infrastructure of the production unit/DC, the technical equipment, including material handling equipment, technical components, IT, property, purchasing, sustainability & safety security. Responsibility for the process such as Sec Check, Insurance check, Business unite review, IWAY audits, external audits & budget / cost goal.

Supply Chain kitchen Customer Distribution Business from a global perspective.Lead the range switch for whole kitchen business area on all markets in line with all logistic function in Supply chain. Plan and secure readiness for execution for all markets/countries globally. Develop a global roll out plan connected and covers all activities to global supply chain, from suppliers to customers. Lead all “country/market project leader” at all market globally.Member in the IKEA Global Logistic Implementation Group.
