Oceanbird is a Swedish company which develop wind propulsion systems to existing and new vessels. A full set of wing sails could be the main propulsion for a ship, but it´s also possible to have one-two wing sails to support the main engine.

The Traton Group (i.e. Scania, MAN, Navistar and VW Truck & Bus) is advancing to the next level in creating one modulart system for the whole group. This is how we will harvest the syndergies in the group. As a part of this, a stronger R&D governance is created. Therefore, I take on the Head of Group R&D - Powertrain Development for the whole group. I will lead an 1000+ organisation developing Engines (HW & SW), Gearboxes ((HW & SW), Axels, eTransmissions (HW & SW) as well as H2 ICE and FCEV.

Heading the Electrification Development at Scania R&D. That includes Battery Development (Cell, Modul, Pack, HW & SW), Propulsion Development, Charging Development and related components/systems.

In my position as Engineering Director at Transmission Development I am responsible for the development of transmission component (that is manual and automatically controlled gearboxes, e-transmissions clutches, retarders and axles). The organisation constitutes of approximately 180 employees an I am a part of the R&D executive group. I report to Vice President Head of Powertrain.

Head of Fluid and Emission Treatment containg of six groups totaly 65 people responsible for CFD, Gas performance, Catalyst (SCR) and Filter (DPF)& Founder and owner of Creativeship.se

Responsible for design of the engines gas exchange, that is air in to the engine (turbo chargers etc) and exhaust gases out of the engine including efter treatment. Also engine cooling and CFD.

Mikroponent AB, which was founded in 1973, is a well-known supplier, principally to the Scandinavian telecom, electronic and fine mechanical industries. They manufacture high precision customer designed parts of thin metal foils or laminated flexfilms. The technique is well developed after more than 40 years of experience. Mikroponent's products are found in mobile phones and systems, cameras, flexible circuits, Blue Tooth, antenna elements for wireless communication, EMC-shieldings on PCB, instrumentation, sensors and camera video technology, medical equipment and aviation – space and defence industry.
