We at Cellfion are a start-up company offering and developing bio-based membranes for electrical energy storage and conversion devices. Our technology is based on cellulose nanofibrils.

Head of the corporate function Innovation & Strategic Projects, with the responsibility to accelerate innovation, as well as manage strategic projects, partnerships, joint ventures and M&A activities.

Head of the Strategic Development with two departments. The Investment Management department that managed the investment project portfolio, annual Capex planning and corporate asset strategy. The R&D department handled the product and technology development. Member of the senior management team.

Establishing a Business Development Department that coordinated business development projects aiming for value chain extension of the company’s offering. We also managed the company’s investment project portfolio, as well as asset development projects. Also involved in almost all of M&A activities. I also functioned as project leader or vice project leader for M&A projects.During this year’s I reported to the CEO and in 2010 I became a member of the senior management team.

In the years 1999 to 2006 I worked for Korsnäs AB. The first three years as Manager for the Surface Treatment group at the R&D department responsible for a group of nine persons focussed on product development. During 2002, when Korsnäs was substantially reorganised, I became the R&D Director for the new development organisation with about 40 persons. By then I joined the company’s senior management team.

In the years 1992 to 1997 I worked for the Swedish Pulp and Paper Research Institute (today a part of RISE), the first years as a PhD student and from 1995 as Manager for Project Area Surface Treatment - a research group of nine persons.
