With 20+ years of international experience in leading and transforming organizations, ranging from start-ups to larger companies such as Ericsson, IKEA, Fazer, Nycomed, and Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine Ltd, I have proven success in business growth as well as profitable turnarounds by restructuring organizations. As a previous Diplomat, Trade Commissioner, and currently Honorary Consul for Canada in Sweden, I’ve worked extensively with growing business relationships. My vast experience in holistic business developments has allowed me to deliver great results in a variety of settings, businesses, and sectors. For example, scaling-up technical start-ups, introducing businesses into new markets, and implementing growth strategies for increased sales. I flourish in a fast-paced, high-growth, and entrepreneurial environment where innovation, creativity, and execution are critical to commercial success.
