With over years of experience in graphic design and visual communication, I am a passionate and creative Art Director at Gagarin, a leading studio that creates interactive media solutions for museums, companies, and institutions. I have a Master's degree in Design from Iceland Academy of the Arts, and I have won multiple prestigious awards for my work, including the Red Dot Design Award and the European Design Award. My mission is to tell compelling stories, engage audiences, and inspire curiosity through innovative and immersive design. I am responsible for defining the creative vision, directing the visual style, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the final products. I also collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback. Some of the projects I have worked on include Powering the Future, an exhibition that showcases the history and future of renewable energy in Iceland, and Eldheimar, a museum that tells the story of the 1973 volcanic eruption in the Westman Islands. I use my skills in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual communication to create engaging and informative experiences that connect with the users and convey messages effectively.
