As the Business Director for the business area Media, within the Frank fam company, I manage the team of marketing consultants and owns the P&L. We are experts in media, digital & performance marketing and analytics.

I was the full-time lecturer for a class of digital marketing students over a period of ten weeks.

As Head of Digital Marketing, I was leading the Digital Marketing Team responsible for all Zmarta Group’s SEM, social media, display marketing, online video, affiliate marketing and other channels across the group’s all different markets, products and brands.

As Online Acquisition Manager, I was responsible for all Zmarta Group’s SEM, social media and display acquisition across the company’s different markets, products and brands.

As Head of Search I was leading and was responsible for the paid search team at PHD while also managing search accounts for clients. The managerial responsibilities included team budget and managing a staff, consisting of four search specialist.

As a Senior Search Specialist I managed the search accounts for the largest clients. The roll also included developing the search product and offer. At the same time I educated client and colleagues, both specialists and account managers, in search advertising.

As a Seach Planner I managed multiple search advertising accounts and Youtube advertising accounts for clients. That includes setting the strategy, building new accounts, analyzing, optimizing and reporting. The position also requires a substantial amount of client contact and presentations.

At Jack Media, my role was divided between SEM planning and broadcast planning. I also assisted with display planning from time to time.

I was at the broadcast department and worked with television. I got a good introduction to the industry and the terminology of the business. I had the privilege to go to lectures at MMS, Media Measurement in Scandinavia, to get the full picture of how everything comes together. As some of the everyday work I collected different types of data like rating, reach, share and viewers in different channels and different target groups and processed it in Microsoft Excel in every way possible. I auscultated when both the TV-planners and the TV-buyers worked, and I learned some of the task for the TV-buyers and also the measurements that one have to understand such as GRP, CPP, CPT, spot length index and discounts.

To teach young children to swim and train youths to compete in swimming. The work requires good leadership qualities and personalized methodology. I've been to training camps and responsible for the swimmers for longer periods. The club provided coach educations and ongoing leadership training.
