As Director of Commercial Solutions at Procera Networks I managed a team of commercial product managers to reform the product offers to solution sales. I also product managed the video perspective offer, giving tools for operators, ISPs and service providers to get gather data, reports and to take actions on the massive amount of video traffic passing their networks.

As VP of Technical Development, I managed the engineering staff in the Scandinavian part of Arkena, 30 engineers in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland. My responsibilities included:* to drive feature design and implementation based on feedback from products, sales, professional services and customers.* recruitment of software engineers and managers* build up of new development team in Poland, move two core products to this team and initiate new product development. I was also programme managing HBO Nordic project, as well as for the greater time product managing the CDN product for Northern Europe.

As head of development in Qbrick/Arkena I lead a team of 30 developers, developing OVP and CDN products, as well as professional services on top of the product suite.Responsibilities included,* Lead development and feature design incorporating requirements and feedback from stakeholders* Recruit and manage a team of "walk-on-water" developers, based in 5 agile teams in 4 countries.* Visualize status, progress, next steps and road maps to company stakeholders* Continuously improve processes and ways-of-working

As VP of Engineering and products I lead a global team of 40 engineers, 10 QA and 3 product managers, in product development, launching 2 major releases of the Vidiator product suite. Development teams resided in US, South Korea, Hong Kong and Romania. I was part of the board of directors.Responsibilities included:* Member of the board of directors* Together with the board of directors, define budget proposal and present to the Hutchison executive board in Hong Kong.* Setting and executing the tactical and strategical road maps for engineering and products departments * Recruited, managed and mentored a team of world-class product and engineering managers and team members.

As director of product management I lead the team of product managers in Vidiator, both hosted and licensed software, from idea to launched product. Products in the suite was live and on-demand encoders (including CODECs), streaming servers (both SAAS and licenced), content management services and music services. All in BTB space, and with operators as the primary customer segment.

As a director of music services with Vidiator I designed, implemented and launched the Vidiator music service, a white label subscription streaming service for operators that wanted to offer an in-house music service to their customer base. I took this to market with a Scandinavian operator.

As a project manager for DMS in 3 I designed and built the download and streaming services for 3 Sweden and Denmark. Upon this we then launched a number of innovative mobile media services, among these the first mobile streaming service in the world - big brother live and the 3 music download and streaming services.* 3Music was awarded "Worlds Best Mobile Music Service"​ by 3GSM Association – February2006. As a consultant for Adfore/Atello i was assigned to Telias Streaming CDN services, where I worked in a product management role. We launched a real networks and windows media based CDN service for BTB, and established a customer base.
