Supporting the transition to new leadership as Ardoq prepares for the next 10X of growth

As SVP of the Cxense Global Onboarding & Professional Services team, I was expected to lead our efforts to improve our global project delivery model, develop internal best practises and ensure that our customers always get the best value from working with Cxense.The Cxense Onboarding & Professional Services teams are located across the world, supporting our customers where they are. While I was leading the global Onboarding & Professional Services team it consisted of 25 team members working across the world (Argentina, USA, Norway, Germany, Singapore, Australia and Japan).

As VP Operations EMEA, I led a team of 6 Consultants with responsibility for all customer Onboarding in the Cxense software portfolio. Onboarding projects typically included a significant technical setup, customer training and overall project management. During my one year in this role, we built an entirely new onboarding methodology and strengthened the team's project management profile. This resultet in a 40% average reduction in project delivery time (calendar time), higher customer satisfaction and reduced effort on both customer and Cxense onboarding team.

Fast-tracking in PwC Consulting, I became a Manager after four years as a Consultant. As a manager in PwC I was involved in developing and executing a new strategic direction for IT in an international O&G company. I was also involved in organizational development in several Norwegian O&G operators and strategy development in a major Norwegian Utility.

During my two years as a Senior Associate in PwC Consulting, I was involved in international O&G projects in the Middle East, optimizing drilling processes of a major NOC. I was also managing a project aiming to significantly improve the cost efficiency of a Norwegian Utility.

I have been involved in a range of projects, mostly focused on Energy. This includes renewable energy production, energy efficiency, production of Oil&Gas and I have also worked on models for calculating carbon footprint.

After a full year in military leadership training, I worked at the Norwegian Costal Ranger Command (Kystjegerkommandoen), serving as an NCO on a recon team.Along with fellow NCOs and Officers, my primary objective was to train thoroughly selected conscripts into Costal Rangers - capable of running week long reconnaissance missions in the coastal climate of Northern Norway.A great year of learning and personal growth.
