CurrentPrepare, oversee and monitor until the termination the entire project spectrum from conception to completionReview the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costsOversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulationsMeet contractual conditions of performanceReview the work progress on determined time basis ( eg weekly/monthly quarterly )Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job statusPlan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging onesIdentifies and negotiates terms of agreements with subcontractors and suppliers, draft contracts and obtain permits and licensesAnalyses, manages and mitigates risksCreates and monitors Financial cash-flows , budgets and general schedulesEnsure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniquesSupport and assist staff with skills training programs (if required), with the aim of increasing worker skills and personnel development.
