Main Key features included:Compliance with legal restrictions on telemarketing calls.Call distribution to operators with specific skill sets.Integration with government registries to validate potential numbers.The software provided a control panel and statistical reporting for call center operations.The project included the integration of CALL SCRIPT, allowing customisable logic and functional keys forhourly client management and setting up necessary call forwarding options.AI – Main tasks included supporting functionality, as well as:Implementing an internal Speech to Text service to provide convenient text content from calls (multi-channel with speech recognition from each participant).Developing the Detector Anomaly Service Metric, which allowed notifications of potential failures basedon historical project data. The service monitored 12 business and service metrics, including server loadand analysis of incoming payments from clients.
