I turn vague ideas into ambitious products that work. I do this by aligning cross-functional teams to solve real problems with actionable, human-centered solutions. With a background that spans UX/UI design, research, marketing, and product management, I thrive in the space between strategy and execution—ensuring that ideas don’t just stay in slide decks but come to life and create value for both users and businesses. As a Principal Product Manager, I consistently bridge the gap between design and product to deliver scalable, human-centered technology that helps teams work better together and drives sustainable business growth.📈 KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Growth Leadership at Ada: As Ada’s first Growth PM, I built the company’s first product-led growth roadmap — and won the Sales' team's trust by helping land our first self-serve customer: a $180k contract with just 1 day in pipeline. I also designed and launched Ada's first free trial, quadrupling our inbound win rate (2% -> 8%), and established data tools for measuring product growth. • Free Plan Design: I designed Ada’s first free plan experiment, enabling users to get from signup to launch in under 5 minutes, which led to the creation of a dedicated Growth team to scale this initiative. • LLM-Powered Feature Design: I designed on core parts of Ada's generative AI Agent. These features helped secure strategic accounts, supporting 40x revenue growth within a fiscal year of the product's launch in Oct 2023. This helped position Ada at the forefront of customer service agentic AI. • Brand and UX Leadership at Grantbook: I built the brand, website, and UX design services at Grantbook, helping the nonprofit IT consultancy land its first six-figure contracts with major global foundations, including the Wellcome Trust, Oak Foundation, and Arnold Ventures. • Scaling Ecoschools Nationwide: I redesigned Ecoschools' platform, enabling their eco-educational program to scale from provincial to nationwide reach, growing engagement from 21 schools to 6300+ schools across all 10 provinces.🧠 WORK PHILOSOPHY:Execution is key. I believe in executing fast and learning fast, allowing strategy to be tested through real-world results. I’m passionate about making technology work for humans, helping teams innovate, scale, and solving complex problems with clarity.🌱 GUIDING PRINCIPLES"Execution eats strategy for breakfast." -Leah Tharin"There are no right answers to the wrong questions." -Ursula K. LeGuin"Strong back, soft front, wild heart." -Brené Brown
